Validixa XBRL helps you prepare MCA-format XBRL files from your financial statements. It is a preparation and checking aid. You (or your Company Secretary / Chartered Accountant) remain responsible for the accuracy of the statements, for reviewing every value and placeholder in the output, for validating the file on the MCA tool, and for filing it. Nothing here is professional advice, and we do not file anything with MCA for you.
Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity under it. Do not upload data you have no right to use.
Filing packages cost credits as shown on the Pricing page. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. We may change prices for future purchases. We may reverse credits for a payment that cannot be verified.
The service is provided as is, and may be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the filing concerned, and we are not liable for penalties, fees, or losses from a filing made or rejected.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. Indian law applies.
