Your name and email address; the files you upload (financial statements and related details such as company and director information); the filings we generate from them; and basic usage and payment records (for example the UPI reference number you submit).
Only to run the service for you: to read your files, map them to the MCA taxonomy, build and check the filing, send account emails (for example password resets), and prevent misuse. We do not sell your data and do not use your filings for advertising.
Your filings are visible only to your account (and to our administrators when needed for support). Some content is sent to AI model providers to help map line items; we send only what is needed for that step. Hosting and email providers process data on our behalf.
Statements are not public until filed, so we treat uploads as confidential until you file them.
We keep your filings while your account is active so you can return to them. Email [email protected] to delete your account or any filing and we will remove it from our systems, and from backups as they roll over.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.
