If MCA rejects a filing package that you built with us because of an error in our output, we will rebuild it at no extra credit cost. Email the filing name and the MCA message to [email protected].
Credits are charged only when you download a filing package. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any of that purchase. Used credits are not refundable. If you were charged for a download that failed, we will restore the credits.
